Emergency Room Treatment Is Unconstitutional!
Any uninsured person with a severe health problem can go to an ER and receive treatment, because that is the law. Why? There is nothing in The Constitution that says the medical facility has to treat that person. Isn't this government interference? Telling the ER personnel that they have to treat that person? Why can't medical facilities demand proof of payment before any treatment? Without it, the sick person is denied entry. They would be in their Constitutional rights. What could be more American than that?
It might have something to do with there were no emergencyromms when written. I do thing they should have to bring a pig with them if they don't have money or insurance to pay for their treatmeant.
The day you end up in the Emergency Room on the brink of death, let's see what your opinion of Health Care is then. Until then, this thread is garbage.
ERs don't have to treat you unless your life is in serious danger or you're a woman in active labor.
They just have to stabilize you and then you are kicked to the curb.
Suddenly, all the extreme right-wing idiots are silent...
