You're right. That's why most republicans wanted Colin Powell (He's black ya know) to run for President before any knew of Obama. Because they are racists. LOLs.

You people are delusional.

Nah instead he and his good ole boys just raped the country for everything we have....the minute the Iraq WAR turned sour the GOP and their good buddies aka (big business) started an all out war on middle america to squeeze everything they could out of us because they knew their chances of re-electing a REP president was out of the question.

For the last 2 years of GWB's term, his approval rating hovered around or was lower than 40%. Toward the end it got down to around 27%. Obama's is significantly higher at 51% currently.
Is this an apples to apples comparison?

Comparing one's start with another's finish is ludicrous. Further.... what polls? The same one for these numbers?

Because people don't like the government meddling so much in their lives, not to mention putting us in 10 times as much debt as Bush did.

The race card? Really old, and a waste of time...

You're having difficulty comprehending the question.

Compare the reaction of the 73% who didn't approve of Bush toward the end of his presidency to the 49% who disapprove of Obama now. Where were all the bricks, threats and revolutionary rhetoric?

Is it just that those people who disapproved of Bush have too much respect for our democratic process to try to circumvent it by revolting?

The left was calling for secession in some parts under Bush.

I guess at the time, we probably just figured there was enough violence coming from the administration as it was.

Oh heavens no, I'd never call you a racist for that. I'd just call you a sociopath.

Personally, I was horrified by the "assassinate Bush" stuff...I did see that at the time...I can't believe anybody would, even in "jest" (if you can call that jest), encourage the assassination of a U.S. president.
