You might want to educate yourself about the recent events before Netanyahu met with Obama. There are links in this thread to the speeches given by Secty of State Hillary Clinton and Netanyahu at the AIPAC regarding this issue. Israel was rude to VP. Biden. Did you get all upset about that? Anyway, after you read the complete transcripts of the speeches given by Clinton and Netanyahu, you may have a clue regarding the latest meeting between Netanyahu and Obama.

Sorry, but I am QUITE familiar with the "recent events." And if the "recent events" were so problematic with the Obama Administration, then they should have quietly told the PM and his delegation not to come rather than behave in this fashion. It is insulting. So, you think we were insulted but you don't see how Obama's behavior toward Netanyahu was insulting? Typical.
Biden is a buffoon. It's a blessing that he didn't go to the Middle East. He might have made numerous "brilliant" remarks that included the eff word as he did when the health care bill passed. Just one in a constant stream of "gems" that make him look like an idiot and even get his boss riled at times.

Bush forced Sharon to get out of the Gaza strip dismantled communities that lived there for 40 years.
Sharon left the land including working green houses to the Palestinian Arabs, who then trash them, made the synagogues that were left there into chicken coop, and started shelling Israel with rockets. 3-5 rockets per day.
So who said jump and who asked how high?

Bush Insisted on forcing election on the Palestinian when Israel warned that Hamas would take over.
Bush made mistakes, but did not act with hatred towards our friends, and di not have an ego trip like this one.

About the votes... I think that Obama thinks he'll go to AIPAC again give a speech about how Jerusalem is the eternal Capital of Israel (like he did before this election) and ... get their votes again.
