i just hope they are good shots. I do think that should be a requirement of owning a handgun.... showing proficiency... otherwise you have just another idiot with a gun..

Yeah, the seller was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Totally his fault.


Which was what my school system's head of security said a number of years ago when a teacher was shot at one of the high schools.
The security head "retired" a few weeks later.
