I am far from being a Liberal but most of the people you see at these Tea Party rallies are total losers. I was watching the Glenn Beck show the other day and his audience was full of these people, I don't know how to explain but it is a group of Americans who is uneducated, not very aware of what is going on and easily manipulated, I would respect this movement a lot more if it was made up of people who are educated, enlightened and have opinions based on facts. I think going to college was a good investment when I see these people talking on TV, ignorance can be dangerous.

Again, WHERE were the tea baggers when Dubya was president? Did he or did he not preside over the largest expansion of government since the 60s? Or is it OK because things like Medicare, etc. are not socialist redistributive plans?

One of the posters on here today was railing about homosexuals engaging in sex acts in public at the folsom street fair (we'll set aside the fact that the fair is actually an event that is not open to the general street, so as that a bus full of children would not randomly roll through the fair on the way to sunday school, and that one must seek and gain entry to the event, much like a county fair or something).
Now, I bet you if I asked 10 random homosexuals on the street, maybe 1/4 outside of San Francisco have ever even heard of the folsom street fair and what goes on there.... yet many self proclaimed straight men on this forum know alllll about it, and have seen countless pictures from the event on various so-called conservative websites. They have seen dozens of photos, and have viewed each one with HARD disdain and contempt for the vile, disgusting, hot...errr...umm..., perverted and unholy acts depicted therein.
Simply mind boggling. I am sure there is a sex group and/or pornography niche involving skinny men who enjoy the sexual company of morbidly obese women. However, I have never ever taken the time to seek same out to view pictures of something that would be repugnant to my tastes.
Unless you people are officials of the tea bagger movement I suggest you are out of line. You can't go around telling people what they can call their movement.

Interesting, I see a lot of reports that attempt to infer from the mention of Tea Bagging to mean that it was a sexual reference, yet I see no such implication by those who mention it. That is, the innocent usage of such is that of historical reference, yet those who wish to discredit the movement immediately refer to the sex act. Odd don't you think?
The reference used to such as is known by the sexually deviant is not a common understanding, yet it was directly picked up by such as a derogatory remark. It would be like saying "If she doesn't catch on, she will learn the hard way" and then immediately pushing the meaning to that of an immature reference only know to those who can not think outside of their own immature levels.
While it appears correct that this is referenced as such in terms of the event, it is clear that the only reason the tea party members are called such, frequently, and without regard when it is noted they mean such is to assume their intentions are not in honestly identifying, but rather to antagonize.
So I still take offense of such. The fact that most decent folk are unaware of the perverse acts and terms of such is not a position to push it. Especially when such a reference is known. For if we are to take words and meanings to such childish levels, I doubt you could get through a simple response with me before I have rendered your response full of sexual remarks, acts, and process.
So let us leave such to those who can only operate as slaves to that of their bodily functions and return to a more civil and mature level of discussion. We know what it means in the backgrounds of such immature realms, and we do not appreciate that people use it as such as it is evident that they mean to imply such when they refer to people.
If people can not accept that, and continue such, then it is evident of their positions merit. That is, those who continue to use it are simply rendering their position of that of a childish brat who has no point and no attention need be made to their response.

If I called someone a Jingoistic Fascist Libertarian Conservative Tea Partier it'd be ridiculous, and would make more sense than your little diatribe. Get it through your head. This country isn't being destroyed. We made it through 9/11 and the Patriot Act. Where were the Tea Party folks then?
