The only women who were oppressed were the women of color: black women, Native North Americans, Latina, Asian women, and lesbians. It doesn't give them the right to be hostile and unfair to men though. They should aim their hostility toward the corporate and political elite at the top of the caste system: there and only there should they make demands for fairness and equality if they feel there is a glass ceiling.

In my experiences there were two workplaces and several universities where women dominated the workplaces with intimidation and harassment (these women were literally in positions of power and had high paying jobs): then if they were retaliated against they cried "unfair" and continued on with their rampages and punitive methods. Help me to understand how that is good?

Most people are aware that we live in a man-hating culture. There's been times when women cheated on their husbands, then the man got uptight and did whatever. Even if she cheated, she still takes everything after the divorce. She may even make false accusations on domestic abuse then the man's in trouble.
I remember on The Tyra Banks Show she covered how men are physically abused by their female spouses a lot more than was presumed. We can't be blind to the reality that women are people too and are prone to rages and mood swings.
