Ironic thing though, the ones who scream for it the most aren't the ones who have to pay the bill.

America is a continent, not a country
Anyway, I guess one has to be US-American if one thinks the US is the greatest country on earth, regardless of party affiliation...

To say that America is "the greatest country in the world" is a purely subjective statement and can only be honestly taken as the heartfelt feeling of someone who really does believe it. It's like a woman saying she is "married to the greatest man in the world".

As one who has lived in other countries I've come back home each time thinking that America really is "the greatest country in the world". I have also visited many other countries and usually leave them thinking, "It's a great place to visit but I wouldn't want to live here." I imagine people from other countries get back to their countries after a visit somewhere else thinking the same thing.

As for the judgment that tea partiers "don't love America".....that's the subjective (and erroneous) conclusion of people who hate the tea party movement.

I do not see people placing genitals on other peoples foreheads worried about leaving or caring about your hate this week

to the OP:

If I recall the Boston Tea Party saved America at the time from Tyrannical Brittain. And you want them to leave?

Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

hey Uggabugga, do you see how moronic Barack's statement is?

If this is the greatest country in the world, why would he want to change it?

that's precisely why it's so funny, in a sick-to-your-stomach sort of way

We are the United States of America, so excuse us for abbreviating it and referring to our selves as Americans, it's not as if when someone says they are an American that you think they come from Mexico or Canada.

Look out folks the semantics police are out in force.
