What perchance is the President of the United States supposed to do about a murder which all of you 10th Amendment aficionados know full well is a state crime?
Maybe fly down to Arizona and personally shoot an illegal? Would that send the "message" the OP apparently wants?

But here's what I see:
You latch onto the tagline "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT COMMITS CRIME" and your blood boils at the idea of some mexican who shouldn't have been here killing a man who was a "good samaritan" patriotically defending the border (since he was a white Arizona rancher, what else could he be?) Meanwhile hundreds of other people across the country were murdered on the same day in every imaginable circumstance, but do they provoke the same reaction from you? I guess not.
Then, looking for someone to blame, you don't look for the logical suspects, you blame the damn puppet president of the United States for the entire situation!
Strangely enough in the fine print, Fox admits no one knows the actual legal status of the perpetrator or who he/she/it even is. All they know is there was a set of tracks going back toward Mexico, which would be unusual for someone who is supposedly immigrating illegally to a better life in America where they can have a bunch of kids, mooch on welfare and open a dog meat taco stand.
So you played the pawn and helped Fox News spin more fuel for the fire. Don't buy the propaganda. Preconceived judgements are the first step down the slippery slope to racism.

I agree. We need the National Guard back to stop these murders committed by illegal immigrants. We should also instigate martial law, clear the streets and houses one by one, round them up, and ship them back home where they will never come back again, or perhaps just put them inside some kind of internment camp.
We need to start demanding papers. What we need to do is restrict movement. If you travel to another state, NAY, another county, NAY, another city, you should have papers. "Let me see your papers" will bring joy to us all, as you will know that by doing so, you are stopping illegal immigrants. I also suggest tattoos. Perhaps on the forehead, of all those immigrants who are lillegal. And if they come back, somehow, we simply gas them. This is really the best way to handle this.
I think there is a precedent for this somewhere. I'll have to check. People will look to Obama as one of the world's most reknowned leaders, if he ca naccomplish this simple task.
Now, there are some who may fight back. There are some who may think we are depriving people of their freedom. WE can stop this simply by taking away all firearms and anything that can be used as a weapon, such as a telephone. Telephones and text messaging and unfiltered internet can not be allowed. The state TV system and local State Militia/anti immigration groups will give us all the info we will need.
And woe, WOE be unto those who had an illegal immigrant in their past, such as their mother, father or great, great, great grandfather. All those who immigrated here without the proper documentation, will be moved to the internment camps. We understand it's not your fault and we'll work with you on this. We'll make sure your internment camp is nice and cozy for you people who don't really deserve to live here.

Sometimes, I think people think the president is Superman. He's just a man. In charge of one of the world's most powerful countries. But he can't stop a random murder somewhere, regardless if it was a legal or illegal immigrant. THis country NEEDS illegal immigrants. If it didn't, we do what Japan is doing/has done about it. But we haven't. and we won't. Because we NEED them to do the kind of work that an illegal immigrant will work for for the crappy wages and no benefits he will receive. It's all part of the system. man.
Neither Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, nor Carter truly enforced our border with Mexico. But that doesn't mean that Obama should follow in their footsteps. We should follow the Mexican government's example and do what they do on their southern border. Deploy the nation's troops and strictly enforce immigration laws. Don't make new laws,...just enforce the ones already on the books.
Wrong! Fox news like CNN is crap! Yes I used Fox's link for info, so what! I know first hand on the Illegal situation, especially in Las Vegas & Arizona, i worked on many of those cases. In my 15-16 yrs in Vegas the Illegal Gang situation has gotten much, much worse. More violent. Younger member's joining daily. Majority Illegals! That word Illegal tells the entire story. Sad thing is that our leaders, nationwide and State are covering up how bad it really is.
Rid of the Illegals. Come on obama stop following every other past President and show us some real Hope and Change! Secure the border! Make an example out of the illegals in general! And the Drug Cartel that cross in to America- why not take them out? whats the negative to that?

IIRC Gov. Perry requested assistance from Napalitano and DHS earlier this month and was refused. It is time Texas and the other border states take matters into their own hands though legislation and their state national guard. These Governors do have the ability to request Obama, as CIC, return their state NG troops from overseas to deal with the problems of the states at home. Probably won't do any good, but they can make that request.
The left wing Katrina hacks should know this by now.
If a Governor asks the feds for help they are suppose to help.
Since Napalitano did nothing she and her boss are responsible.
This admin did not want to get involved because they love those illegals more then they do the real US Citizens.
