I would love to see one pro-abortion left winger care about a woman that dies as a result of an abortion. No all they care about is another baby getting aborted.

Unfortunately Tiller operated outside of the law. So did the Kansas legislatures who enabled him. One of those is the person who now has all the power over our health care, HHS Secretary Sebilius.
So what then, would you propose women carrying severely deformed fetuses do? Be forced to carry the doomed pregnancy to term?
talk to most doctors, talk to nurses that work delivery, it is so rare as to almost not exist that anyone today is carrying a baby to term that is deformed or when moms life is in danger. I am not totally oppossed to abortion, I think if moms life truely is a stake, baby is severely deformed, a girl in her early teens get pregnant due to rape or insest, any of these are reasons to abort, but if you really followed the story you would Dr baby killer aborted at any time during the pregnancy...

The Kansas legislature most certainly did not enable him.
Tiller was investigated several times, but since he was not operating outside the law, since providing women who need late-term abortions to SAVE their lives is not operating outside the law, the investigations did not lead to any charges.
