MOUNT DORA — A doctor who considers the national health-care overhaul to be bad medicine for the country posted a sign on his office door telling patients who voted for President Barack Obama to seek care "elsewhere."
"I'm not turning anybody away — that would be unethical," Dr. Jack Cassell, 56, a Mount Dora urologist and a registered Republican opposed to the health plan, told the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday. "But if they read the sign and turn the other way, so be it."

Good for him! Good for him identifying himself as a quack hack of a physician who places politics ahead of his profession. Good for him warning people they can find better care elsewhere!

Reason: spelling
A doctor can turn anyone away. Even though this doctor is not doing that, he can if he wants to, and there's nothing anyone could do about it. The sign is unprofessional, but it's his business. If enough people are put off by it and decide to turn around and leave, eventually he will lose his shirt.
Why does someone feel the need to contact a politician over this? Why can't people learn to take care of themselves? If they don't like this person's practice (or practices), they should simply take their money and go somewhere else.
I support his right to say this, although he did say on a Fox interview that he will treat the patients he does have, regardless if they voted for the fool or not.
I think you will find a lot of doctors declining new Medicaid/Medicare patients because of his bill.
The doctor created a hostile treatment environment for his patients who voted for Obama. He disgusts me.
