His mother was a US citizen so Obama is a US citizen no matter where he was born. He has a US birth certificate, showing place of birth as Honolulu, and a passport - you can't get a passport unless you are a citizen. You think he is an illegal alien or a resident alien?
No, lol. I fully believe he's a citizen, I was being facetious due to the other people on here who, no matter what evidence is presented, STILL believe he's not a citizen.

His father and mother must be US citizens in order to be a Natural Born Citizen according to the Founders. This has been documented. Obama's father was not an US citizen and never attempted to be. Obama is not above the Constitution.
A US citizen and a Natural Born Citizen are not the same thing.
So again, why is he president? Why hasn't he been ousted? Why for the love of god didn't the republicans take a damn stand about this??????
Because an excited reporter's mistake, magnifying the hometown angle, in a Kenyan newspaper doesn't trump "I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago...."
The article is in the Kenyan newspaper, the link is active and the newspaper never pulled it.
OK, give us a link to the active article - not through archive.org
From snopes: However, the Associated Press made no such reference; the identification of Barack Obama as "Kenyan-born" was added to the Sunday Standard's version of the AP story by someone else (who misspelled the politician's given name as "Barrack" in the process) and is apparently unique to that publication. The full text of the "Jack Ryan Abandons Senate Bid" article as originally issued by the Associated Press is retrievable from the LexisNexis archive of global news sources, and it contains no reference (in the lead-in or elsewhere) to Barack Obama's being "Kenyan-born"

Shenanigans.

This has been documented.
Not by you, it hasn't. And there is no legal precedence for it, either. Which is a good thing, as it would have invalidated several presidencies.
