Discursive: Passing aimlessly from one subject to another; digressive; rambling.
When Obama becomes ‘discursive’ questioners need to interrupt and say:
never mind the BS, Obama, just answer my GD question.
I think Bret Baier did a fine job of that. Fine enough to visibly irritate the President that anyone would even *dare* to try to get him to answer a question directly.
He did give the right a pretty open forum for HC. We saw how that turned out. If anything the right should be thankful he doesn't do it more often.
Heaven forbid that there be open questioning of the Fuhrer. We would only expect that in a free society, but certainly not in the Obama administration.

Doc, you don't know what facism is. Why didn't Bush ever take an open forum? Every time he had an "open forum" he was praised about how he's the greatest gift from god. Try not to tell me that wasn't a truly "open" forum. The right had their chance in the HC discussion. They either got burnt or simply wouldn't cooperate. Ball was in their court and they dropped it. He's the president doing his freaking job. Who the hell are you to tell him we need to question ASAP and as often as possible?
