Considering the way trade is flowing Obama should, like many of us that have lost jobs to unfair competition from India, be annoyed with that country.

Way to go Greg- nice spin. I love the way people continually attempt to deflect bad things away from Barry and make it seem like he's doing good things in the process.

Considering that he's talking up the game of improving the USA's image around the globe I'd say that this just shows further proof of his deceptions and failures.

Your title should have read,....."AMERICA'S WOUNDED ALLIES".....

Mr. Obama has aleinated several nations that have been our allies for years. Mr. Obama, either through design,...or ignorance,...has greatly diminished the Office of the President with his actions toward Israel, England, the treatment of the Dalai Lama, and now India. Obama's faux paus never end.....

As one writer wrote,....Obama is "AMERICA'S FIRST TEENAGE PRESIDENT".

America's First Teenage President

Maybe Hilary Clinton can get more H-1B visas for the Indian technology services guru Vikas Gupta, to exchange for more rides on his jet.

Default Maybe it's more complicated juggling these countries' feelings than it would seem.

The US is not neglecting or dismissing India, and it's kind of obnoxious of them to blame the US for India's cozying up to Russia of all places.
November 25, 2009: President Obama on Tuesday welcomed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who is in Washington for the first state visit under the Obama administration, and moved to calm India's concerns that the United States is neglecting the Asian power as it seeks closer ties with China and Pakistan, India's competitors.

Obama's statement appeared crafted to assuage fears in the sometimes prickly nation that his administration is less committed than his predecessor's to a strong relationship with New Delhi.

April 6, 2010: The United States and India formally launched high level economic partnership talks Tuesday, aimed at boosting commercial ties that are often eclipsed by US trade with China.

Mukherjee hailed the project as “a milestone” that would add a “new dimension” to ties between the world’s largest and fourth largest economies.
