The man is 48 years old with a record of petty theft, welfare fraud, harassing a Baptist church, criminal threats against a train conductor and his 83 year old mommy is still making excuses for him? The TV made him do it!
Dude had mental issues and was ready to go off. So, Faux News, like so many times in the past, obligingly lit the fuse..
Of course, the mental problems may have only surfaced due to his Faux News worship in the first place..
In fact, I would suggest that Murdoch's propaganda channel has a much higher percentage of crazies in their audience than average. Heck, for the matter they have mental cases in their lineup...think Glenn Beck..

maybe what is wrong with little boy is mommy, not FOX NEWS, isn't it always someone else's fault? This really pisses me off. He has a history or problems and now it is the media's fault he did what he did...This has nothing to do with how anyone of us feel about the media, this has to do with a person who suffers from mental problems and mommy want to blame someone else.
This guy, who obviously has a mental problem, is a perfect example of why it's irresponsible for people like Sarah Palin to do things like post government officials' pictures on her website with cross-hairs overlaid on the pictures like they're a target for a gun. She very well may have just meant those posting as symbolic for the upcoming elections, but to a mentally unstable person they can see that sort of thing as a mandate to do harm. Too many pundits on the right do things that are deliberately meant to whip up hate and it needs to stop before a lot of innocent people get hurt.
and in 2004 he was convicted of threatening someone's life, was that Sahar's fault as well? I really can't beleive you would make such a statement.

ELEANOR GIUSTI: Greg has -- frequently gets in with a group of people that have really radical ideas and that are not consistent with myself or the rest of the family and -- which gets him into problems. And apparently I would say this must be another one that somehow he's gotten onto either by -- I'd say Fox News or all of those that are really radical, and he -- that's where he comes from.
Why don't you people stop making excuses for these sorts of people. Fox had nothing to do with his past trouble with the law, or his past with petty theft, welfare fraud, and making criminal threats to those he disagrees with. His Mother seems to be half the problem with why we have so many that cannot grow up, Mommy makes excuses for him. He may have issues, but that has not stopped him, from knowing what he is doing, with criminal threats, to those he disagrees with. We makes excuses for the wrong people. What if one of these threats this guy makes, he now succeeds, who will get hurt because of him. Has our system failed him.

His mother is an idiot too. All of those poor people being brainwashed by Fox, MSNBC, and every other possible viewpoint that they have the poor, poor misfortune of being exposed to! Oh Heavens, what shall we do!?!? I think the only thing scary here is that some people can not think for themselves and fear exposure to different views.

Mothers have always been more lenient toward their male children. Perhaps, she did not know how to get her son help. Becoming agitated from listening to Fox news, may very well be the complete breakdown and mental destruction of this man. So glad Ms. Pelosi is safe.
