Are you referring to people like tea party poster girl Michelle Bachmann R-MN? People like her are all in favor of subsidies that pay them big bucks. But a subsidy to anyone else is hateful socialism and has to be stamped out.

First of all, it would require an understanding of the Social Security Trust Fund vs. government subsidies. Once the leftist dimwits wrap their brains around these two very different concepts, then maybe they'll understand the fallacy of comparing SS to other entitlement programs that don't require a person to pay into.
Which raises another interesting question. If 50% of Americans pay no income taxes, and I seriously doubt that most teabaggers are in those income brackets that do... then what taxes exactly are they protesting?
