How did she do in the CPAC straw poll? I forget...

Why does it matter? She's not running as far as I know.

Did you see her reception? A rousing welcome.

She is very popular with the base, but a lot of the base feel she is not ready, as do I. Maybe in 6-10 years.

Apparently ever word out of her mouth "hits the nail on the head". Personally, I haven't heard her say anything original, just a cutsey-folksy interpretation of the talking heads points. Why is that so amazing?

She will never run for POTUS btw. You know that.

Sarah Palin is one step away from being the next Ann Coulter.

She is very popular with the base b/c she knows how to manipulate them. Her cutesy folksy thing is a very new mask she has donned to approach the "average american" segment. Its politics as usual, but now with a huge dose of entertainment and theatrics. She's quite a master at it.

That's a mere fact. Just wouldn't do to let it get in the way of a good whiney rant, eh?

You betcha!

Is that a step ahead or a step behind?

I'd call it a step back. Palin's learning to be as nasty as Ann Coulter, but she's able to do it with a convincingly perky smile.

Neither will she sit down with George S. for an interview. She has no substance.

President Obama campaigned for and received a *major* promotion, which is why he left his office as Senator. You didn't get a promotion...you QUIT...not even halfway through your term.

How's that hypocrisy thing workin out for ya?
I laughed out loud when she said that. The half-time ex-governor is just full of it. She quit and now needs to go sit in a corner or be a more watchful parent.
