From what this poll indicates a majority of people just don't care much for that treaty for a number of reasons. Watch the whole video to see what is going on with most people.

If it was good enough for Reagan to want to cut 33%, it should be good enough today.
You could cut 80% of the weapons, and we'd still have enough to level the world.

Why were the Soviets never willing to take the chance that we couldn't really do that? I guess they believed that we had all that power.
I didn't see anything in the link about Reagan so how did he get in here? Oh, yeah, lefties just can't stop doing their comparisons to make each other think they are so smart.

It is a good thing that the Founding Fathers made the United States a republic as opposed to a direct democracy so we wouldn't have uninformed masses directly voting for legislation and treaties.
Yeah, we don't need all those weapons since we are getting ready to stop protecting western Europe from our common enemies. When we get down to 10 or 12 missiles with nuclear on them we will be smacked and smacked hard by those who didn't live up to their part of the bargain.
Watch all the video and see if there are more people agreeing with you or with me.

How much of the video did you see?
Obama is following the same course as Reagan. (or have you forgotten, Reagan wanting to reduce 33% with the Russians)
It is a renewal of the START I agreement that Reagan proposed in 1982 and later signed. (Start-2 was signed by HW Bush).
If McCain would have won, he would have signed Start-3, just like Obama, except without the whine from the right.
