It’s time we got over the myth that what a public servant does in his private life is of no consequence. We cannot afford to have another sexually abnormal individual in a position of important civic responsibility, especially when that individual could become one of nine votes in an out of control oligarchy that constantly usurps constitutional prerogatives to unethically and illegally legislate for 300 million Americans.

The stakes are too high. Social conservatives must rise up as one and say no lesbian is qualified to sit on the Supreme Court.
Think Progress » Far-Right Group AFA Demands To Know Kagan’s Sexuality, Since ‘No Lesbian Is Qualified’ To Sit On SCOTUS

In the meantime, I wonder how many of their members are currently searching the ads at RentBoy.com.

Not in the slightest.

Mainly because, like I said, late-term abortions have been banned for a long time now.

I'm curious to know why this matters any.

Also, to say that someone is gay simply because they're single at a later age is ridiculous to say the least.

Very good point.

Just because someone is a member of the LGBTQ community doesn't mean they will make rulings favorable to the community.

I mean, we have Log Cabin Republicans for goodness sake. That goes to show you sexuality doesn't trump everything.

When a leftie (at least he's honest) like Roland Martin makes such allegations, it is a big deal.

Try reading the article, slowly if you must.
sanrene !!! ... You Are Precisely Right !

As many of us have concluded ..... So many of the "Looney Tune's" on the left are absolutely "Flakey" ! And here we have yet another prime example of that "Fact" !

No matter how slowly some of our little buddies read the above mentioned article ... the sad results will remain the same !

Truly these sad souls are indicative of the acute "Automatons" whom fill the majority ranks on the extreme left !

America Is Truly In For It !!!!!

I'm a pro-choice leftist and late-term abortions should only be made available in cases of extreme birth defects or if a pregnancy affects a woman's health or her life.

Talk about trying to twist this into a story. This is about a memo outlining political strategy drafted by Kagan and her then boss. This is not her opinion, and it was never acted upon.

The left is always acused of being violent and temperamental, can't we please choose a better phrase than "smacked down"?
