Default Collins & Brown appear to back Kagan

I didn't expect the GOP to be able to filibuster Kagan, but it appears they have virtually no chance at it as Maine Senator Susan Collins and Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown appear to support her nomination. Collins even saying that she sees nothing that would lead her to support a filibuster.

Does this mean they're going to be called RINOs? (Brown already has been, I believe.)

Collins and Snowe from Maine have already been identified as RINOs, long before Obama was even a candidate for President, and nobody has ever accused Brown of being a conservative.

Recruitment on campus never stopped.

It's questionable whether she will uphold civil liberties when it comes to Presidential expansion of powers.
But...the Left doesn't care about that issue now that a democrat is in office.

What i have heard about this woman, just don't think she was the wise choice for a Supreme Court justice. Not being for our Military, is good enough reason to send her packing.Think there were better choice out there, but Obama does not always make the right choices now does he!
