I didn't expect the GOP to be able to filibuster Kagan, but it appears they have virtually no chance at it as Maine Senator Susan Collins and Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown appear to support her nomination. Collins even saying that she sees nothing that would lead her to support a filibuster.
Does this mean they're going to be called RINOs? (Brown already has been, I believe.)
Collins and Snowe from Maine have already been identified as RINOs, long before Obama was even a candidate for President, and nobody has ever accused Brown of being a conservative.
Her efforts to bar military recruiters over don't ask don't tell speaks for itself.
As Dean she did continue anexisting policy which banned the Pentagon from workingwith the school’s Office of Career Services – because of the military’s don’t ask, don’t tell policy.
What i have heard about this woman, just don't think she was the wise choice for a Supreme Court justice. Not being for our Military, is good enough reason to send her packing.Think there were better choice out there, but Obama does not always make the right choices now does he!
I remember the Too Fat Polka from the 50s along with all other kinds of polka songs. Nope we haven't all died and yes that woman that was fat back then wouldn't have a chance with the "fat" women of today. Maybe we need to learn their secret.
