No. A "moral duty" is something that one should do voluntarily for someone else out of a sense of what is right and wrong. A "right" (more correctly, an "entitlement") is something that others demand that someone else do for them, whether they want to do it or not.
A right is something you can do, without anyone else's involvement.
Moral duty is a voluntary action. Being forced to do it, is anything but moral.
