Libertarian mish mosh. A little paranoid, too.

Number 96: The market deems two types of people: screwers and screwees. You will be both, but you will be happier being one rather than the other.

Why is it, the whole time I was reading that, my mind kept replacing 'agora' with 'matrix'?

And that something felt really strange about that set of rules.
As if it were something hidden under the surface that was the part that would ultimately prove the whole situation absurd.

Is not assigning value to gold and silver just as bad as other valuing of certain things?

What we live in now is the "Matrix". Agorism is the exact opposite. The "Matrix" was designed by others to control and use the people. Agorism is designed to destroy the "Matrix", system, or "government" peacefully.

Really, it is not even a system, as we have come to know it. It really is just people acting freely, peacefully, and voluntarily OUTSIDE of the system that works against human freedom. No evil planners or elitists are needed.

Actually, Agorism is nothing more than pure libertarianism, objectivism, or voluntaryism being practiced by humans in direct contrast to the power in place that is anti-human and anti-freedom. It is a good thing for everyone involved and certainly nothing to be "feared". True freedom philosophies will never use force to impose their will. That type of neanderthal thinking is left to governments.

Live and let live.

Some nice thoughts in there. Never happen, though.

Unfortunately, some people are greedy, power-hungry, haughty, self-important, and wish to worry about others' paths rather than their own. It's those sorts of people who would never allow a voluntary society to exist.

My personal view is that the only just society is a ruling-class-less, voluntary society based on mutual free agency. But the required maturity and caring attitude for such a thing is not there and never will be. Some people need to be led around by the nose and others need to do the leading. It sucks. But that's the way it is.
