Isn't the chart a little out of date on oil drilling ban and cap and trade?

I guess you would have to look at the chart. Cap&Tax is dead in Congress, so obama is going around that little obstacle and trying to empower the EPA to do his dirty work.

He may try, but he can't do it. The EPA has no statutory authority to regulate greenhouse gasses. The chart doesn't mention the difficulty, if not impossibility, of doing the EPA end-around.

In fact, the chart suggests that the administration has done it. A strike against its credibility in my eyes.

One thing we can count on is the left being absolute fools. Since they run on emotion and instant gratification they never see the long hull. By not speaking out against hussein obama's radical agenda, they set the Republicans to play the same game. They are too stupid to see that is why the Republicans lost so many elections before. Now the left wingers have given them a pass to do business like hussein obama, behind locked doors and around the backs of congress.
