Clinton...Bill...just to watch the neo's burst out into open flames and run screaming into the street. And then Hillary when the Ginsburg retires next year. That would really finish them off.

actually most neo-cons would love that....bill clinton was the best republican they had in the last 20 years

clinton, bush1, bush2, obama....all the same

neocon/neolib no real difference

but back to TOPIC and the list

turney is a good professor, but as far as a justice....not sure

sunstein is a possible one

garland would be a good choice

granholm is canadian born and killed michigan as goveror...so probably not a good choice

napolitano is a very BAD choice

I would vote for Sunstein.

Smart Jew,centrist, mainstream, not extreme,no freak or snake with hidden agenda,

balances power & arguments from the right & from the left,

pro-gun,pro-capital penalty,

(unfortunately) pro-taxation, pro-gov intervention,

seems a moral person with principles who wants to serve justice.

He has the aura of honesty...I would buy a 1st hand Ford Excursion from him...

Off the top of my head I would say Sunstein but I still have to look into some of them. Kagan should not even be considered.

I need to read more about some of the names, but for the ones I do know about, at this point "none of the above" is my vote.

Is Larry Echohawk really on Obama's list or is that just MSNs? I am surprised that his name would some up as he is currently the BIA head. While some would think that I would naturally gravitate toward him as I am NDN myself, his politics and mine don't mesh. I don't vote based on ethnicity. Besides, he's a Pawnee and they are traditional enemies of my Nation. Okay, I joke about that part....it would have nothing to do with it. I was somewhat mystified by his vehement opposition to tribal casinos, yet he was didn't seem to have anything to say concerning Pawnee Nation owned casinos. Where was your opposition there Larry?

Koh? Oh god no. He has actually suggested that "U.S. courts can and should under certain circumstances incorporate international legal sources -- including foreign judicial opinions-- into their judgments." No sir, no they should not. That belief alone makes him unqualified to sit on the bench.

Napolitano. That's a joke in and of itself. This is the same person who determined that Libertarians, especially Libertarians, along with other 3rd partiers and Independents...oh and don't forget Iraq War Veterans!...are the source of home grown terrorists. Vote for Ron Paul and your name is on the list. In the bizarro world of Janet Napolitano, those of us who wish to uphold the Constitution are the threat, not those Muslims. What a boob. Ms Napolitano is no more qualified to be a Supreme Court Justice than she is to be Secretary of Homeland Security.
