All paid for by taxes only on the wealthy and only expanding Federal Budget by 1.37%

Thank you liberals.

Bonus: The bill raises so much taxes from the wealthy not only does the program pay for itself, the residual revenue will lower the deficit by over 100 Billion.
We can lower the deficit by not electing any democrats at all, and only electing fiscally responsible republicans. there are no fiscally responsible democrats, just like there are no pro-life democrats, the era of 0bama showed us that too.

0bama added over $200 billion to the deficit in just the month of February, and you are tickled happy by $100 billion?

Uhhhh, could the reduced tax burden be because middle income jobs are disappearing thus creating unemployment and... you get the idea.... blood/turnip/no taxes.

And, yeah....

Thank you Mr. President for lowering my taxes.

The middle class is the one hardest hit with the housing crisis and job losses.
Of those still working, many took a cut in hours and/or furloughs.
Those with money invested see below 1% interest earned and many others have losses, not gains.

How can this NOT affect their Federal Income Taxes.

The poor have no extra money and the rich have theirs all hedged to not pay taxes.

You are pathetically deceived. I hope when this backfires on you, you have an alternate plan, because the government won't be there to pick up the pieces of your life. The wealthy, stripped naked of all their assets, do not have enough to cover the cost of this. The wealthy are the ones who employ you, unless, of course, you are already on the take. The CBO itself has proclaimed the present course unsustainable.

who on earth do you think is going to pay for all this entitlement?

You poor little baby...being mean to the ultra rich makes you cry!

National debt...health care bill....two different things.

If you want to talk national debt....lets raise the income tax on the wealthy and cut defense spending.

Let's look at the top marginal rates on the highest income brackets throught US history.

LOL.....rates are much LOWER now than they were under Reagan....but these crybabies are wetting their pants!

How about ALL spending, or welfare spending, what gives you the say so over what is important to be cut? You dont think defense spending contributes to the economy and jobs? Isnt that the argument you made for stimulus, now all of a sudden it doesnt count because its defense spending..

More proof you dont have a clue about the differences between tax rates, and tax liabilities.

Your like the poster the other day proclaiming that tax rates were 90% in the 1940's, but couldnt tell me why some of the richest people worth billions at that time only paid a few percentage.. Just a short list..

JP Morgan JR, the wealthy banking baron, had tax liabilities of $100K despite being worth $119,000,000, and Charles Schwab the steel magnet paid ONLY $29,500. JP Morgan worth $1.4B paid $7M in taxes..

btw, notice what the tax rate was in the roaring 20's, and ask yourself if lowering taxes might have been a factor. mmmm

I regret dignifying your post with a reply. This was obviously a waste of time.

Not a complete waste. I agree with your post..the recent announcements by Bernake, Geithner, etc that the current course is unsustainable seemed largely to fall under the radar. No question that they will be talking soon of a VAT, national sales tax, increased rates..or all of the above.

As far as this forum, you soon learn which posters are indeed a 'waste of time'. There are a few however who actually have something of value to say. Just a matter of looking through the weeds.

I am just learning to identify the weeds among the produce.... New to this forum...
I agree - VAT etc... "but my taxes have been lowered!!!" pathetic. By the time it hits them it will be too late to reverse, meanwhile those fighting for sanity endure a barrage of attacks. But that is the way it goes.

The libs screaming "tax the rich" have no clue; the rich will NOT be paying more taxes.
Their money is hedged to escape taxes.
You think they have their millions/billions sitting in a bank in a CD or MM or something ?

Honestly. The sucker class (middle class) will be the ones footing the bill just as they always have in the past.
