Newsflash Harry: It is still against the law for felons to posess firearms. Nothing changes there. If they choose to break this law three is no reason to believe they would not break every gun control law.

I am amazed by the people who think Phoenix is the wild west. It is one of the largest most congested cities in the counrty. The most likely use for those guns will be road rage after sitting in traffic for 3 hours. While the majority of the Population lives in Maricopa County, over a hundred miles from the border, there are still those of us who actually live in rural areas along the border.
It is a balancing act between our needs and some gomers need to shoot up WALMART while shopping

What is the problem with a simple process to CCW permit..?

Meanwhile,

no carry in campuses in AZ,

no carry in ...half the area of any given city,

no carry in "private properties" - but for public use...

Do u understand how many significant defeats we suffer..?

Isn't that exactly the point?
They will go after softer targets. No way they are going to work at Arby's.

The better question is why you support the encumberances of CCW fees (taxes) & checks for law abiding citizens?

Your statement of "no carry in half the area of any given city" is a grossly inaccurate exaggeration. As for the "no carry in private properties", where do you get that? It is not part of the law in FL where you claim to abide part-time as a non-citizen.

Yes I understand the many defeats against the 2nd Amendment which makes it all the more significant when a state returns to it.

The solution is not to look like food. Don't be a "soft target".

The nannification of this country has led to "soft targets" to begin with.

I mean "establishments".stores,restaurants,facilities etc

The FL law was written by people suffering from submissive psychology...

It declares half the premises of each city "gun -free"...
Restaurants,bars,stadiums,churches,federal/state buildings,shows,schools,colleges,hospitals,courts. ..

It sets age limit at...21...

Nobody even talks about carry in campuses in FL...

I am right when I say that we shoot ourselves in the foot...

We don't need "liberals "to do that,we have enough "conservatives "...

A dark day for those who would espouse tyranny and call it "sensible" is always a good day for those of us who love liberty.

I would suggest, if liberty is not your forté, that you not let the door hit you on your way out.

In case you didn't realize, the murderers will always have CCW. Do you honestly think they're going to apply for a permission slip to hide a gun under their clothes, and that they will carry it in plain sight as they go about their dirty deeds just because they don't have a permit? How dense can one be?

So, by your thinking, if one person does something stupid, all people are stupid.

If that is the case we should ban all cars. After all some people do stupid thing with cars, like get into accidents.
