Should Barney Frank and Chris Dodd be charged with a crime? (Congress, leader)

I think they should. How many people have lost their homes and/or are upside down on their home loans because these men lied to Congress?

I don't think it was stupidity. Barney Frank was dating someone from Fannie Mae at the time and Chris Dodd was getting perks. These men committed a crime.
