Is this equivalent to American dog fighting? Perhaps Rooster Fights?
Or is it just because the person is from another country and that makes it a bigger deal to you?
Quite frankly it is sad that in this day and age a woman would go out on a walk with no way to defend herself. I know California doesn't allow CCW for anyone but the elite but why did she not have a walking stick or pepper spray? She may indeed have been able to save this dog's life. Lucky she left her son at home.

Anything to defend the guilty for you.Americans do not run around naked breaking things and threatening old ladies at dog/rooster fights.So no it is not equal.This might be common in your group,but it is abhorrent and dispicaple here.Why are you trying to justify this?Can you imagine the horror this poor woman went through seeing this or the what the cops had to deal with arresting a naked,crazed,sick idiot?I guess you'll defend anything and anyone if you believe this guy actions are justified.
