When "secret" and "off the record" are used in the same article from a NewsCorp owned paper, you can bet much of the article was assumed.

The writer of the article, Uzi Mahnaimi, has been wrong in his assumptions so many times in the past, that he is seen by many in Israel as someone trying to create a war for his own benefit. Other then the most extreme in the Israel government, many officials won't give him the time of day.
