Bill O’Reilly was a guest speaker at Al Sharpton’s National Action Network Seminar earlier this week, and, in a shocking turn of events, the people who attended a Sharpton-sponsored seminar booed O’Reilly, specifically on his point that all racism ended on 9/11.

If you watch the tape about half way through O'Reilly realizes what the problem was with his statement. He stated that racism ended after 9/11. Which obviously is not true. He says what he "should" have said was "it ended for a while". He understands the answer given by Sharpton but instead of accepting his statement as incorrect he continues to be disingenuous about why the people were upset by his statement. Kinda dishonest IMO.

Two hucksters walk into a bar...

O'Reilly's comments were ignorant as hell, but Sharpton is a damn fool himself.

Why was O'Reilly's comment ignorant?
He was trying to say the country was ONE, we were ALL together during that time.
They decided that was ignorant?
I think it was ignorant of them for thinking he was trying to be ignorant.
Guess what?
I am not a racist.
People should give other people a little understanding and quit constantly looking for an insult.

Being an ignoramus himself, I'm sure Sharpton would know one when he sees one. What the hell did O'reilly expect from a Sharpton crowd?

Sure, we were one- unless you happened to be an American who is Muslim or of Middle Eastern descent. To suggest anything otherwise is laughable at best.
