I can not find good information on affirmative action on a state by state basis. Only one website mentioned states that did away with AA from referendums. These states were California, Washington, Michigan and Nebraska. Did any other states abolish AA? Did any state supreme courts abolish it , hence that particular state not making the list? THIS IS NOT A DEBATE ON AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. It is an attempt to locate where AA is or isn't practiced.
