Because GS is running the FED and half of the administration. Obama hired all of those crooks. Some were there from the last administration, but a lot more were added in the new one.

I think you need to look at what the Civil complaint is. It's about GS lack of disclosure on derivative instruments.

I was answering your question about why we can't get Congressional intervention on Wallstreet. The answer is in what I posted, they won't go after their OWN people!

To the contrary, I believe the WH and the Dems will use this action to support their efforts to get reform thru Congress. It will be increasingly hard for the Repubs to continue to try to prevent that from happening. And who are "their own people" you are referring to? Right now the action is a Civil complaint, that may turn to Criminal depending to Cuomo in NY.

Yeah, isn't this the same GS that's also been tied to various shenanigans with the Cali GOP's Candidate for Gov., Meg Whitman?

I am just ready to see how this plays out!!!

I have been reading about this type scenario for quite some time now.

I first heard about it on NPR, several months back when listening to an interview on "Talk of The Nation".

I was surprised that all of it appeared perfectly legal. Be nice to see something stick to these unethical bastids.

Can't quite callem criminals yet, but their practice is DEFINITELY unethical
