Black Culture is on the skids, and has been for decades. It's almost as if poverty reverses proper brain function. No money = more kids.

There is plenty of white trash thats every bit as useless as this ghetto trash. It's not a race thing so much as a government dependancy thing. We've rewarded single women for squirting out kids for at least 50 years now. When society rewards this kind of behavior for generations, we have to expect it to grow.

Our system needs to stop rewarding women for having kids out of wedlock. We have bred a generation or two or three of poor people who are totally dependent on government and have a real sense of entitlement and lack any sense of responsibility. This unwed mother of 15 children, with her angry cry of "Somebody needs to be held accountable!" is merely a larger than life representative of many like her who have been conditioned to expect the government to take care of them, because we do.
We need to start to wean these people by rewarding people for getting married, staying married and getting jobs. Will promote a culturally better society (studies have shown kids from 2 parent households do better in school) as well as eventual less wasting of tax payers' money.
