We're changing into the USSR. This what you get when authoritarians are in charge.

Acceptance of people who violate the law at will and march in our streets demanding more while creating a huge burden on our taxpayers has become the American way. This is even more disgusting. It HAS to end and the time is now. Excuses of racism and xenophobia can no longer hold up and prevent enforcement of the law. Enough is enough.

Do you really think taking a page out of the SS rulebook is the way to fix the immigration problem?

Now the authorities will be able to ask questions they couldn't ask before AFTER they've already stopped someone. Questions that should have been asked all along.

I believe the state you live in should go seek companies that hire Illegal Aliens for cheap labor. They should be investigated daily! Cops in AZ are going to look at every Brown person daily. Harassing them for being Hispanic.

I'm half Hispanic and I'm pissed off!

Again, racial profiling didn't begin with this signing. It goes on everywhere, and if you don't believe that then you are mistaken. And it isn't just one group of people. It depends on the circumstances. Yes, even white people can be and are racially profiled.

A white guy in a certain kind of neighborhood is just as likely to be questioned by the police as anyone, anywhere.

I have traveled all my life in my job. I have been asked for papers, in Russia, Egypt, Mexico and Hungary. Whats the difference?
I was happy to show them because I was in all those places legally.

I watched her sign that thing on that hateful Fox News channel. I am glad to see this happen. Now what will Juan McCain do?

I'm suprised at the liberal offense.
All coming from the party that wants to regulate everything from sodium content in food to thermostat settings in our homes.

I am saying this is not abnormal anywhere in the world. Why do you think we are special?
Its how countries control immigration, terrorism and for many other security and economic reasons.

I was asked for papers in the mellowist of all "Switzerland". Go figure.

Anyway, a BC sure seems pretty valuable to the birthers!

Not to mention, identity thieves. But yeah, let's just fold up this document and carry it around everywhere we go (if you look Hispanic, of course).

I think all of that spinning has made you dizzy. I can go online and pull more info from public records than I can get from a birth certificate. Federal tax liens are public record. The older ones list the social security number. A document that you can get copies of any time you want for short money just isn't all that valuable. Sorry- try again.

Were you wearing a baseball cap, tennis shoes, shorts, and a Get-R-Done t-shirt? They don't like that over there.
