I don't know exactly where to put this because it doesn't have anything to do with politics..but it's/will be controversial. What should be done to the people who beat the dog? Because a sign is that if they are willing to beat/tortue/kill an animal for the fun of it they are willing to do the same to a human.

I didn't click on any of the links as I know I would never get the horror out of my mind. People who are cruel to animals in this manner are so depraved as to be unfathomable to most ordinary humans. If there is any justice, there is surely a special place in the lowest depths of Hell for such as these. I was also sent some info some time back about how the Chinese skin dogs alive for their fur and then throw the still quivering carcasses in a heap to finish dying.
