Then where do we stop? Why should fat people have jobs or even someone slightly overweight people? Only skinny people who don't smoke and are vegetarians should have jobs.

The only thing I can tell you from a former business owner it cost me more money, the smokers were less productive, called off sick more etc etc.
I have seen it myself and it hurts businesses big time.
May studies have shown that smokers hurt businesses in many ways.
I do not know where to stop but smoking has already been proven to be a major problem for employers.
