The only thing I can tell you from a former business owner it cost me more money, the smokers were less productive, called off sick more etc etc.

I have seen it myself and it hurts businesses big time.

May studies have shown that smokers hurt businesses in many ways.

I do not know where to stop but smoking has already been proven to be a major problem for employers.
