It ruled that the district court should consider whether to certify the class for claims of punitive damages. It also sent back to the lower court claims of potential plaintiffs who no longer worked for Wal-Mart when the complaint was filed in 1998.

I have to admit the plantiffs willingness and ability to proceed 12 years later..

Walmart haters will find them guilty even before hearing any evidence. The case was brought before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco so Walmart is probably going to loose the case since they're at a serious disadvantage in San Francisco where so many seem to hate Walmart and other big box stores with a passion.

There are no WALMARTS in the City of San Francisco, probably because of the $10 an hour minimum wage and being required to provide health care

The 9th circuit court is the most overturned court in American history.

"It's good day," said Brad Seligman, an attorney for the plaintiffs.
It sure is - for him.

The only winners in class action suits are the lawyers, particularly the plaintiffs' lawyers.

Or because of the property value in the area in addition to the extremely hostile enviroment the city has towards this business. Why should a business buy land and open in a city where there is little to no customers willing to shop there?

You bet I am...have you ever seen any of those Walmart plaintiffs interviewed on tv? I have never seen such a bunch of losers who feel entitled for doing so little. The heck with them.
