The very best part was that the shooter wasn't even arrested and was released after questioning, probably sent downtown to protect him from the late turd's mom attacking him at the scene.

When the cops will not take the responsibility for protecting a citizen someone has to do the job. The citizen is hereby given the responsibility for protecting strangers, friends, family and them selves from those that would harm them. That is the basic responsibility of being a responsible member of any community.

It's tragic any time someone loses their life unnecessarily, but better the bad guy than the victim of his crimes.

Nebraska needs to become the next state to make a open carry law the man was issued a citation for not having the correct permit because the gun was concealed.
