I think it is the most ripe political climate for that to actually happen in modern times.

You think there is any kind of chance this happens in 2012? Who do you think may challenge the Dems and Repubs?
Based on past performance, the chances of a third party candidate actually winning office are between slim and none, and slim just left town.
Instead, we should focus on playing the fame as it is played, not as it is not played (assuming fighting back the forces of evil, such as the Triad of Gluttony, Deceipt and Abuse of Power (Obame, Reid and Pelosi)) is the objective.

ZERO!!! Bloomberg is not an independent btw, he is a liberal republican moderate democrat. If any one had a chance it would be a true independent that captured the spirit of the tea party movement, again the chance of that happening is ZERO!! The next president will be either a democrat or a republican period.

A third party will not win in 2012. There will be too many people motivated to vote for and against Obama.

Very low which is why Ron Paul runs as a republican.Hillary would ahve had a better chance not being a part fof the current administration as she wil now be more assocaited with it.Her taking the job is like her having said I wouldn't be running IMO.

You have any factual documentation to back up you outrageous assertions?

Did not think so. But thanks for a useless post.

Wait for the election results, then if you still think I'm wrong, come on back and say so.

No chance at all, none, zip, nada. Without a Party to support them the odds of them being able to win the election are nearly zero and if by some mirical they would be a do nothing President since they would have no Party to support them in either House. To win as neither a Demo or Repub a grass roots movement would have to start a new Party and win at the state level first then at the federal, right now I know of no such movement taking place.
