strange, I remember their headquarters being in NYC. if not, then they would not mind leaving the US borders and taking all their foriegn pukes with them.
New York surrounds them, but the U.N. grounds are international territory.
When you enter the U.N. campus, you leave the United States.
I would have to think we could just take it back if we so desired. One way, or another.
