Just because the Coffee Party doesn't take to the streets to protest doesn't mean they are a "bust." If you ever bothered to spend some time on their website you'd see they aren't letting an grass grow under their feet. I don't get where your animosity is coming from. The Coffee Party has many of the same goals that the Tea Party has. They just have a different way of making themselves heard.

There were small underground tea party like movements but not with the people involved today.

The current Sarah Palin followers were the same ones cheering on the American Empirical advancements. ie "The Bush Doctrine".
