It was just pure luck that the explosive devices both this guy and the Undie bomber utilized failed.
Had the bomb gone off and destroyed most of the forensic evidence that was used to identify the terrorist he would likely have made it safely to Dubai and then parts unknown. I don't fault the work of the FBI and other authorities who apprehended this guy. But every failed terrorist attack (and notice I wrote "failed", and not "foiled) diminishes our confidence in the ability of our government to protect us. Undoubtedly Janet Napolitano and other Democrat operatives (for that is really what she is) will trumpet their "achievement." But the American public knows that dumb luck is not a deterrence to terrorism. So far the Obama administration gets a failing grade with regards to its duty and responsibility to keep America safe.

If Bush hadn't been goofing off on 9/10 he might have been able to become as big a hero as Our Favorite President.
So this guy is a naturalized citizen, will he be stripped of his citizenship and put in jail for life?
Jail for life is a high possibility, so his citizenship means nothing, whether he keeps or not. If he sings enough for the FBI then he might get a lower sentence though.

Again, if he "kept us safe since 911" then you must also admit he failed to protect us that day. Anything else is dishonest.
8 months into his presidency was certainly not enough time to correct all the damage bubba, Reno and Gorelic had done while emasculating the CIA and erecting walls that prevented sharing of intelligence by the FBI, CIA and other agencies.
