This thing came into my hand today and it has too much the look of something that could come from the White House we have now. Read it and see if it has a ring of the beginning of the attack on the 2nd Amendment.

Could this be another dreamed up fantasy regarding Obama that will be spread as the gospel truth by frothing conservatives? Probably.

Dude this has been a normal thing for military folks for a long time now. You can't carried concealed on a military base, you can't have a gun in the dorms, and anyone bringing a fire arm onto base has to follow specific rules. Base housing allows you to have a gun, but again you must make sure you are following all regulations.

Main thing military folks learn early is that no matter where you live, the gun laws stop at the front gate and the military's laws begin.

Then again, it use to be that you never had to worry about getting shot on a military base before, now a days.....

I well remember all those rules about weapons on a military base but I don't remember the part about those who live off post having to register their weapons unless they bring them on post.

The beginning is the beginning and it seems to me that they have inserted some new rules among the old ones. Those people in the White House are no dummies so Obama has to use them to do things. i.e Emanuel, Axelrod and Jarrett along with Sunstein.
