I have to say PELOSI to that article. Take away the number one duty or women and let them never have to fulfill that duty and watch the competition begin.

That duty, of course, is motherhood. How many really intelligent women have failed to reach their potential because they were expected to be mothers?

This is one issue where I'm gonna be smart enough to not express my opinion. Which is quite rare for me!

Are you saying that motherhood makes women dumb? As a former stay at home dad I hope that isn't the case!

I don't think that is what he meant. I think what he meant was that many woman stop attending school and stop really pressuring education because they take time to raise their children.

I am an wrong I apologize.

LOL... do you say "Yes dear" a lot?

From the article:

Quote:
For instance, at the near-genius level (an IQ of 145), brilliant men outnumber brilliant women by 8 to one. That's statistics, not sexism.
Interesting none the less, I never realized there was that much of a difference.

Even more interesting...

Quote:
...- because men, as it turns out, have a much wider range of intelligence than women.

As a result, there are not only far more men with high IQs than there are women, but there are also, as I'm sure any woman would tell you, far more stupid men around than there are stupid women.
LOL.

No, I am saying that women have to take care of their babies and that keeps most of them from working at careers the number of years that men do that.

Just back off and look at this realistically and you will see that the author of that pile of Pelosi was just writing to make some money. Too many women that don't become mothers right away and then never because they waited too long have excelled in too many fields while those who stayed home with the kids just never got to use what God gave them in a way that would make people say, "My look at the brainy woman"/
