That is why the Democrats need to go to the nuclear option, dump the filibuster and quit playing games.

The Democrats did do it to GW Bush but when Senate leader Tom DeLay let the Democrats know that the GOP was prepared to dump the filibuster and go nuclear with Bush's appointments, the Democrats and Tom Daschle backed down like schoolyard sissies and let the Senate vote up or down on Bush's appointments- all of whom were confirmed except for Harriet Meyers who was not remotely qualified to sit on the Supreme Court- or any court for that matter.

you can count the liberal democrat party in the obstructionist party as well. they are as bad as the republicans when it comes to obstructing.
That's projection, right now it the consevative Republic party that's doing it.
