The cop involved was indicted and goes on trial this month. The A&E producer who was filming this bust was also indicted for lying to the investigation.

It appears the prosecutor believed the grandmother.

Thats good news considering what happened. I dont understand why the A&E producer lied. What motive did this idiot have except to cover for a police officer he most likely didnt personally know ?
