Considering their countless efforts to prove they are not racist (and in my mind they are not..although I haven't been to one of their rallies so I probably shouldn't speak), I'm quite surprised this person would say that.

They probably don't realize that Christian Arabs also pray to Allah, not just Muslims. Allah is the Arabic word for God.
Thinking that Arabs do not worship the same God as Westerners because they call Him, Allah, would be like English-speakers thinking that the French don't worship God but worship Dieu, or that Italians don't worship God but worship Dio (and I don't mean the late Ronnie James either...)
