The pornography Amendment wasn't an issue, the Democrats supported it and included it in the 2nd version of the bill. It was the way the GOP tied that Amendment with the funding cuts. They were the ones playing for November with the way they tied that in.

You seem to know the details Smash255.

With Pay-Go..do you know what got cut to pay for the programs in this bill ?

I've been trying to follow this Pay-Go mandate and I don't see much "cutting" going on to balance out the new spending coming out of all these bills.
