Actually, I heard on an interview (somewhere on You Tube) that he issued a statement criticizing Rand Paul for lacking any knowledge about foreign policy, radical islam, terrorist organizations and national defense. Rand Paul opposes America's involvement in Iraq. He's not buying the "weapons of mass destruction" story and he thinks we should pull out of Iraq. Uncle Dick didn't like that one bit.
So, Dick issued a statement during the GOP's Senatorial primaries in Kentucky, urging the voters to elect a pro-Iraq war candidate. The voters didn't listen to him (geez, why didn't they do the same in 2004?) because Rand Paul won the primary. Go figure. These Republicans nowadays are so bipolar.
About what I'd expect to read from a "tolerant," "open-minded," "willing to listen to other opinions" leftist.
Ya, we "leftists", unlike you rightists, don't tolerate drunks out hunting...they might "accidently" shoot someone. I'm not open-minded about that, obviously rightists are....and 'willing to listen".... don't know what that had to do with the post you quoted but we were forced to listen to DICK for 9 years...it's time he shut up like any other former VP.
Watch Fox News Sunday and you may well see her there. As for the father he is hiding out with that tremendously powerful wind machine that he and Bush used to blow up Katrina and Rita those two days. They loaned it to the Chinese for the humongous wind and rain storm they put on their people as punishment that fall. They broke it down and it is finally repaired. I don't know who paid for the repair but wonder if it could have been Halliburton.
Halliburton only MAKES money off the American taxpayer, they never PAY for anything....well, except for the Cheney/Bush administration..
Icy Tea - Now that is a depressing thought. All three are master manipulators that appear to be on different sides but actually all three favor the rich, connected and powerful over the rest of us.

Eliminate the 'three' and doesn't that pretty much describe at least 98% of the current Congress?
Unfortunately, yes. Our Congress, with a very few exceptions, will never bite the hands that feed them. Most seem willing to stay bought at prices that are out of most voters' range.
