You just can't make this stuff up.

Official: Black Panther case lacks proof - Washington Times

That is funny as hell.

I suppose that Obama will be issuing ar-15s and Ak-47s to the Black Panthers just before the 2012 elections, as it will all be okay then. Unbelieveable!

Lacks proof? LOL!!!
He can come back on 2012, how convient, just in time for Obama to run again. His thug buddies can be back at the polls. Blocking whites from going in. Maybe you are okay with that....
No justice has been done here. He's a fellow thug of Obama's.

Another cae of manufactured "Outrage"

Abigail Thernstrom, a member of the US Commission on Civil rights, doesn't agree this is such a big deal. AND explains why 11(b) of the voting rights act was dropped in this case.

Since its inception - only 3 cases, count 'em 3 have been successfully prosecuted.

The New Black Panther Case: A Conservative Dissent - Abigail Thernstrom - National Review Online

Forget about the New Black Panther Party case; it is very small potatoes. Perhaps the Panthers should have been prosecuted under section 11 (b) of the Voting Rights Act for their actions of November 2008, but the legal standards that must be met to prove voter intimidation — the charge — are very high.

In the 45 years since the act was passed, there have been a total of three successful prosecutions. The incident involved only two Panthers at a single majority-black precinct in Philadelphia. So far — after months of hearings, testimony and investigation — no one has produced actual evidence that any voters were too scared to cast their ballots. Too much overheated rhetoric filled with insinuations and unsubstantiated charges has been devoted to this case.

ermmm, Abigail Thernstrem is a registered republican, and a member of the US Commission on Civil rights. She is also against affirmative action. Clickity click on the link and read the article, which explains in clear, concise terms, why the "outrage" is rhetoric, and unnecessary.

I said liberal thinking.. not a Democrat.. Unfortunately, too many registered Republicans have liberal thinking when it comes to race issues, they like to push racial tension

From what i saw in my city those guys with the clubs in front of a voting booth would have been arrested. I don't care what someone says I am for arresting those type thungs in front of voting places;no matter what their views.

Do you think he still wouldn't be arrested if he was a white dude
spewing the same type of racial epithet and intimidation towards black folks?
