The DOJ attorneys have been ORDERED not to comply with subpeonas from the US Commission on Civil Rights.
Now, remember this case - the DOJ had these guys dead to rights, could of had default judgments against them, but refused to press forward with the case. Strange too that the NBPP members that were charged basically ignored the suit - maybe they were told not to worry about it?
Why is DOJ stonewalling and sweeping this case under the rug?
Why is obama/holder beholden to the NBPP?
The defendants did not even show up for their day in court, which means they were automatically found guilty, just like what happens to us when we do not go to our court date for a speeding ticket, and yet, Holder found them innocent and dismissed the case.
The one and only reason is because Holder, 0bama, and the Black Panthers are black, which trumps the laws according to them.

Where did Rev. Wright say "kill whitey and his babies"? Never has.

Obama was quoting from a Rev. Wright sermon on South African Apartheid. Far too many in this country were willing to endure the suffering of Black South Africans as long as they could continue to make money out of the situation. Many were motivated by Greed.
Dr. Cone does not believe that black skinned people are the chosen people. The "white enemy" being those who think that God created black people to be servants and slaves of white people. A far to popular belief at the time Dr. Cone wrote it. A period when white Christians wouldn't even worship with black Christians.

But when it is greed that benefits one race and that race is willing to endure the suffering of other race so as not to jeopardize their economic advantage then Greed can take on a racial component.
